Overnight Oats with Hemp Seeds and Berries for Hormonal Health
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats.
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk.
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds.
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries).
- 1 teaspoon honey.
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a mason jar or bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, hemp seeds, and cinnamon.
- Stir well to ensure the oats are fully covered with the liquid.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, top with mixed berries and drizzle with honey.
- Enjoy it cold or warm it slightly before eating.
