Recipes. Because food and nutrition is an important part of healing, I’m often asked what I eat and the type of diet I follow. Overall, the answer is that for the most part I try to follow a plant-based diet that’s free of added sugars. At the more detailed level the reality is that cooking is not one of my hobbies, and I tend to eat the same things many times. I do a lot of juices and smoothies, and eat a lot of salads, beans, quinoa and other nutritious foods.
