Smoothie Banana with Pineapple and Mango

The Smoothie Banana with Pineapple and Mango is aptly named for its powerful blend of antioxidants and nutrients that serve as a robust defense against chronic illness and inflammation.   • Blender
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach or 1/2 teaspoon spinach powder
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple cubes
  • 1 tablespoon organic maca powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 1 cup filtered ice water
