Spinach Salad with Salmon and Avocado for Hormonal Health and Anti-Inflammation
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- ½ cup of sliced strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese
- 150 g of grilled salmon
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix the chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chickpea mixture and toss to coat.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
