But let’s be real: some years, finding that gratitude feels harder than others. Maybe you’re facing difficult situations that make it tough to see the bright side, or perhaps life just feels overwhelming. I get it. I’ve been there too.

The truth is, gratitude isn’t about ignoring the tough stuff or pretending everything’s perfect. It’s about looking for the good—even in the midst of chaos. This Thanksgiving, I want to invite you to join me in reframing how we approach gratitude, especially when life feels heavy.
